Thirty videos in five languages to prevent drownings in Lanzarote

The Security and Emergencies Consortium of Lanzarote and La Graciosa has launched a communication campaign to cut accidents along the coast and at sea. It comprises thirty videos and signage, in five languages.
The initiative is run with the ADACIS association, within the programme 'El mar nos une, dale vida', funded by the Cabildo.
Why now
August is the busiest month on the beaches, and the one in which the difference between a supervised beach and an isolated cove matters most. The core message is self-protection: read the flags, do not swim alone, keep children in sight.
