Teguise Christmas market: applications open for 35 stalls

Teguise council has opened applications to take part in the 2026 Christmas Market, running from 3 to 8 December in the old town of La Villa.

There are 35 wooden stalls available, plus spaces for food trucks and mobile carts. The idea is the same as in past years: bring crafts and food into the finest corners of the historic centre over the December bank holiday period.

For anyone making or selling on the island it is one of the few winter opportunities with guaranteed footfall: Teguise fills up over that long weekend, and the old town is itself the reason people come.

How to apply

Applications go to Teguise council under the call just opened. It is worth moving early: places are limited and in past years demand outstripped supply.
