Chambao closes Arrecife's night tomorrow: the timings and the four stages, one by one

On Friday 25 September Arrecife walks from one concert to the next for the second route of Arrecife en Vivo: four stages, four free concerts, and a street band moving the crowd between them.

The timings, one by one

6pm — Plaza de la Constitución (La Plazuela). The Anger Prive open.

7:30pm — Charco de San Ginés. MFC Chicken take over with head-down rock'n'roll on the water's edge.

9pm — Marina Lanzarote. Alfredo Piedrafita, guitarist of Barricada: for anyone raised on 1980s Spanish rock, he is the name of the night.

10:30pm — Cruise pier. Chambao celebrate twenty-five years. Canarian producer Laiv closes with a melodic house and electronic set.

Getting between stages

Between them comes Psycho Clown, a percussion and street-theatre group: the parade is what makes this different from an ordinary festival, because the audience walks together instead of waiting in place.

Good to know

All the concerts are free. Alcohol is sold at the cruise pier, so under Canary Islands law entry there is over-18s only: bring ID. The other three stages are open to all ages.
